Flowers not delivered due to problems with delivery driver. Yet I received this rating emailing claiming flowers were delivered 4 days later. Rang to check if flowers had been delivered as I had sought a refund, to be told they hadn???t, but it was the ???system???. Everyone can have a bad day, but the client should not be affected.

We ordered our Wedding flowers and they were amazing! My bouquet and the bridesmaids seemed larger than most that I've seen previously and the arrangements were beautiful, I hardly had to specify anything and they were spot on! Flowers still looked amazing two days on and we manage to use them for our day 2 celebrations also! Delivery direct to our venue and set up in our ceremony were added services I didn't expect either and they were one less job to worry about on the day!
