It was great to be able to connect with Celine through e-mail. and her service and delivery were excellent. The bouquet arranged was lovely and the fact that Celine was able to replace the red roses with yellow roses was very good. However, I would much preferred if I was able to place the exact order I want rather than be restricted to the arrangements shown on the website.
